RESTRICTIONS
- Wheelchair access is not available.
- Strollers and small suitcases can be brought on board upon request.
- Please inform us in advance if there are guests with limited mobility or other specific needs, so we can organize the experience accordingly and ensure maximum safety and comfort on board.

All cancellations must be received in writing.
The cancellation policy is as follows:
- Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before the tour
- No refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour
Bank fees related to the cancellation and refund process will be charged to the customer. These correspond to a minor percentage of the total transaction.
In the event of verified adverse weather conditions, the Company will proactively contact customers to reschedule the tour where feasible. Should rescheduling prove impossible, the Company will issue a voucher valid for use within the following 12 months, subject to the customer’s acceptance. Alternatively, a full refund will be processed.
Scheduled technical maintenance is planned in advance; however, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally require extended replacement times for specific components. In such cases, the Company reserves the right to provide an alternative vessel of equivalent size, similar characteristics, or higher category, ensuring continuity of service and customer satisfaction.
